Facility Preparation 

We have established 6 10'X10' designated workout areas and have taped them off for easy identification. Athletes are asked to respect these boundaries. Additionally, each workout area, has its own sanitation caddy which will make it easy for you to wipe down your equipment after your workout.

Kid’s Room

The kid’s room is closed for now.

Limit People In Facility 

Members are asked to wait outside of the facility until their hour has begun and they are directed to enter by a coach.  The coach will take each athlete’s temperature via a touchless infrared thermometer and record it on paperwork that LaCo will keep on each class.

 

All entry will take place through the East bay door which also has an overhang in case of inclement weather.  Exiting will occur exclusively using the West bay door.

Each workout session will allow for a 15-minute buffer after your session to allow you time to safely clean up and exit the facility prior to the next group.

Pre-Screening Questions

We ask everyone to self-answer the following questions before you leave your home (If the response to any is “yes” you should not come to the facility!):

• Have you had a cough?

• Have you had a fever?

• Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?

• Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

Accessing the Facility: 

Only bring into the gym what you need to use to work out for that day (examples: plenty of water, towel, chalk, jump rope).  What you bring with you will reside with you in your workout space.  Once you have put your personal items in your workout space – please go and thoroughly wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

Temperature Checks:

We will use a touchless infrared thermometer to check the temperature of each member and coach as they enter the facility.  If your temperature exceeds 100 degrees, you will be asked to leave.

Maintain Social Distancing:

We will endeavor to ensure that while coaching classes, the staff maintains an adequate amount of social distancing from members and ensure each member understands the requirement to stay within their designated workout space.

Use of Personal Protective Equipment:

Use of masks is optional for both staff and athletes.  If worn, they should be disinfected or disposed of between each class. Additionally, hand washing with soap and warm water, for a minimum of 20 seconds will be required by coaches and athletes when they arrive and leave the facility.

Will be posted throughout the facility – specifically at restrooms, sinks and entrances.  

Disinfection:

We will maintain a regular schedule for disinfection of all equipment, surfaces, and restrooms throughout the day. Each workout area will have its own sanitation caddy.  At the end of each workout session, we ask you to thoroughly wipe down and disinfect your designated workout area and equipment and then go and wash your hands before exiting. We also encourage members to wipe down and disinfect their workout area prior to beginning a new workout session if they would like. We will allow adequate time after each class and before the next class to conduct disinfection as described above.
