Kettlebells 4 Cojones event returns to LaCo!
Kettlebells for Cojones is a partner benefit workout
aimed at raising awareness and donations
for the Testicular Cancer Foundation.
From the founders of Kettlebells for Cojones:
"It probably comes as no surprise to you that we must postpone
this year’s Kettlebells For Cojones event previously scheduled for
April 25th due to current anti COVID-19 regulations in effect.
We will continue to monitor reports on public safety and look for
a good date to reschedule in the future. In the meantime, we
encourage you to place your health as a top priority and continue
to practice good health habits that support your immunity.
We continue to pray for the health of our community, state and
country as well as strength for the medical staffs and first line
responders who are putting themselves in harm’s way each day.
We appreciate you and pray God’s protection over you!"

3 RFT (rounds for time) *15min. time cap
(Reps are split between partners)
6 Goblet Squats
15 Sumo Dead High Pulls
50 American Kettlebell Swings
100M KB Suitcase Carry
Scale KB weight as needed, but keep the weight consistent throughout the workout.
